The start of the end of fulfilment news for regions outside the UK.
As always, all dates are estimates only
USA/Canada/Mexico
Individual backer pledges are now COMPLETE!
Our update from Bridge this week has confirmed that general fulfilment has now finished. If at this point you have not received your game or tracking info, please email me ([email protected]) and I will investigate missing orders directly with Bridge.
REPLACEMENT PARTS: Now that fulfilment is done or wrapping up, we will be sending the parts lists to Bridge so that they can start sending replacements for damaged/missing items.
RETAIL PLEDGES: North American retail pledges have also been completed, at the time of writing you should have either received your pledge or the tracking information for it. If not, please email [email protected]
Europe
The vast majority of non-English copies have now shipped. There are still a few outstanding orders to go, and I am expecting to be able to confirm full completion in the next update.
RETAIL PLEDGES: As there are very few individual orders left to go, the hub have started on retail pledges. I will post a further update when these are complete like the USA one above to let you know.
UK
Wave 2: James is currently liaising with the hubs to take some of their overstock as planned so we can start shipping Wave 2 UK orders. We are currently expecting to start shipping Wave 2 in the first half of March.
Wave 3: Production did not complete before Chinese New Year; however, the factory is back up to speed on finishing this print run now that they have returned. As soon as it is complete, I will put that info in an update.
RoW
Ukraine:
Freight Forwarding: If you have not already done so, please email [email protected] with details for your preferred freight forwarder we still have several Ukrainian backers that have not responded to the email that was sent requesting this information and without it we cannot ship your additional items.
Israel: We now have a solution to getting these parcels out. FedEx are now shipping to Israel!
James is clarifying the process with Surfin' Meeple. In the coming week Israeli backers will receive an email directly from James containing all the information we need to ship your pledge.
Aus/NZ
Individual pledges are complete except for the outstanding 24 Wolf at the Door expansion packs, these pledges have been sent without this pack and it will follow in a separate shipment, all missing T-shirts and Winds of Change books have ben sent out.
RETAIL PLEDGES: Australian and New Zealand retail pledges have also been completed, at the time of writing you should have either received your pledge or the tracking information for it. If not please email [email protected]
Errata

Battle Challenge 4
As it is the Year of the Dragon, The Master will be your opponent this month. I’ve dialled him up to 11 so he won’t be an easy fight which means, since it is also the month of St Valentine, you will be taking him on in pairs and, if you use the right pair, you will get a bonus.

FULFILMENT: All dates are estimates only
USA/Canada/Mexico
North American fulfilment is not quite completed. David from Bridge understands our frustration but has been hit with unfortunate amount of issues that have slowed down the final 200 copies (out of the initial 5000+ sent to Bridge).
Bridge Fulfilment have told us:
"We are endeavouring to finish out the Senjutsu project in spite of internal issues due to a combination of weather, power outages and staff sickness/shortages over the holiday period.
Our priority is still to ship all Senjutsu products with the utmost care as regards picking and packing to avoid any mistakes or damages in transit."
As and when we get a 'complete' notification I will post a further update
Europe
Non-English language copies continue to ship out. The hub is shipping pledges across all languages simultaneously, some language options have a larger number of pledges than others and may complete at different rates.
All Retailer pledges should start going out as soon as individual backer pledges for Non-English copies are complete.
If you have pledged for an English language copy of the game and have not received it in Europe (ex-UK), please mail me at [email protected] with your details and I’ll look into it for you. I have approximately a dozen orders from previous emails that I have passed to the hub, if you have already emailed in you don't need to send another. As soon as I have an update on these outstanding parcels I will email people directly.
UK
We can’t currently confirm a full timeline for UK wave 2 shipping as the hubs are not all complete but our current estimate remains that Wave 2 will be shipping towards the end of February.
Chinese New Year is this weekend and at the time of writing the last news from the factory was that the additional games manufacture was almost complete. We are still expecting it to ship shortly after Chinese New Year however the issues in the Red Sea persist so it is impossible to predict an arrival date at this time.
RoW
Ukraine / Israel:
We are still unable to ship directly to these territories. Ukrainian backers should have already received or shortly be receiving their core games from Geekach. We are working on getting the other products out, email [email protected] if you have not already with details for your freight forwarder and they will be passed to the appropriate hub.
We are exploring all cost effective methods available to get games to Israel but at the moment we are unable to find a suitable solution.
Aus/NZ
All non-retailer backers in Australia / New Zealand should now either have their games or tracking details.
VR have advised that they are missing one carton of Wolf At The Door (24 copies), 4 Winds of Change Campaign Books and 3 T-Shirts. This stock was not transferred from Surfin' Meeple to VR.
To solve this we have told VR to ship pledges without the addon for now and it will follow out separately in 1-2 weeks.
I will be posting the Winds of Change books and T-shirts directly from the office and affected backers will be emailed when they are on the way with tracking info.
Once individual pledges have been sent, retailer pledges will follow.

Post Kickstarter Update #47: More fulfilment news, updated rulebook and another battle challenge.

Good morning, afternoon and evening backers.
Checking in again with fulfilment updates for each area. Apologies the update is a little later than expected, I wanted to make sure I had everything from each hub.
I also have an updated rulebook to share and the January Battle Challenge.
FULFILMENT: All dates are estimates only
USA/Canada/Mexico
There are a small number of North American orders left to go out, including Canada and Mexico.
In Bridge’s last update to us the hub had been operating at a reduced rate due to inclement weather in the USA and a power outage that lasted a few days. We were expecting that English Language fulfilment should be complete this week, but this delay means we are now looking at next week. I am hoping to be able to confirm this in the next update.
Europe
English copy fulfilment in Europe (excluding UK) is now complete with the final parcels for individuals in the mail from this week. Check your emails for tracking details or email me at [email protected] if you haven’t received tracking. Retail pledges should start going out soon.
If you have pledged for an English language copy of the game and have not received it in Europe (ex-UK), please mail me at [email protected] with your details and I’ll look into it for you.
Non-English language copies have started to ship. The hub is shipping pledges across all languages simultaneously, some language options have a larger number of pledges than others and may complete at different rates. The European hub has been advised on the upcoming retail launch dates for individual languages and is endeavouring to make sure that all localised copies are out in the post before appearing in stores.
UK
With English language complete in the European and RoW hub, and nearing completion in North America, we will be able to work on getting oversight of the remaining stock before shipping it back to the UK.
We can’t currently confirm a full timeline for UK wave 2 shipping as these hubs are not all complete but our current estimate is that Wave 2 will be shipping towards the end of February.
Manufacturer is almost complete with the extra stock for wave 3, currently it looks like it will ship over to us post-Chinese New Year and should arrive around late March with Wave 3 shipping to backers in April. This is dependent on the Houthi impact on shipping, as going around the Suez may incur an additional delay.
RoW
Except for the below territories, ALL REST OF THE WORLD orders are now complete! The last of the orders are in the post so may not have arrived with backers just yet but all RoW customers should now have their games, or a tracking number.
If this is not the case, please email me [email protected] and I can start investigating any that have gone missing.
Please check your emails for customs information as this may delay / prevent you from getting your copy of the game if not filled in.
Ukraine / Israel:
We are still unable to ship directly to these territories. Ukrainian backers should have already received or shortly be receiving their core games from Geekach. Rather than a straight up challenge to overcome this month I’ve opted for a battlefield condition that you can apply to any games (solo, teams, 1v1 whatever you would like) - topically representing blizzard conditions.

Good Morning, Afternoon and Evening backers.
I hope you all had a fantastic Christmas and New Year. Lots of New Year info to get through in today’s update.
Contacting SSG:
Going forward we will be transitioning to a centralised mailbox for all enquiries. Please send all emails to [email protected]. Do not worry if you have emailed the [email protected] address recently I will be monitoring both boxes so there is no need to resend anything.
All emails are now up to date and there are no outstanding responses. If you have emailed us before the start of this week and have not had a response please send me a DM through here so I can take a look.
We have also cleared all outstanding messages through our socials. Once again if you have not had a response please DM and let me know.
Fulfilment:
As always all dates from the hubs are subject to change and are estimates only.
EU:
We are expecting English language fulfilment to be complete by the end of next week and I am hoping to be able to confirm completion in an update next Friday.
Please do not email us about missing orders until we confirm the entire English section is complete as I won’t be able to start investigating them until we get that notification from the hub.
The EU team have advised that they are expecting the first non-English copies to start going out from Jan 17th onwards (pending packing times and pick up days). It will be fulfilled by pledge level across all languages simultaneously starting with all-in (deluxe AND gameplay pledges) to clear as much space as possible in their warehouse.
Pledges will be fulfilled via UPS so keep an eye out for tracking emails from them.
US/CAN/Mexico:
North American: Bridge are close to completing the English language copies and we expect to be able to announce their completion shortly after the EU.
Canada/Mexico: No further details on these regions at the moment, Canadian and Mexican pledges are still going out.
UK:
We are still waiting for the US/EU hubs to completely finish English language fulfilment (including retailer pledges) so that we can get their final stock counts and arrange for their overage to be sent back. As it stands James is confident we will have this info next week so I will endeavour to get an update out as soon as he has the numbers.
RoW:
Per update#78 all ENGLISH LANGUAGE RoW pledges (except for Israel - see below) are 100% complete. If you live in the RoW fulfilment area and have not received your English copy please email [email protected] and I’ll look into it.
As of time of writing we are currently waiting on the tracking summary for the non-English copies which we were expecting today. If we receive it over the weekend I’ll add a pinned comment to this update with any further information we get from SM.
Ukraine:
The addresses for all backers in Ukraine have been passed to Geekach who will be sending games internally. You will be receiving another email from James shortly with further details.
Israel:
We are still unable to get parcels into Israel. We are still investigating every possible avenue to get parcels into the country. Pending a policy review from Surfin’ Meeple. As we get more information on the situation we’ll post more updates.
Aus/NZ:
The Aus/NZ stock arrived over Christmas and New Year and has cleared customs. It is currently with VR distribution who have been doing all of their prep work before starting to ship orders out. We have confirmed with them that they will be sending the NZ pledges directly from the Australian hub and there is no additional hub for NZ.
Senjutsu FAQ:
Paul was hard at work over New Year compiling all of the questions we have received and the first FAQ has been produced. If there are any contradictions between the rulebook and the FAQ the FAQ takes precedence.
Errata:
Paul is currently tweaking the rulebook at the moment to add some of the FAQ information into it and clear up some of the more confusing parts. I’m hoping to have that for the next update.

Post Kickstarter Update 45: An announcement, Fulfilment and Battle Challenge 2

Good Morning, Afternoon and Evening!
Seasonal Greetings!
First up, a announcement regarding a change of staffing at Stone Sword Games. Max has recently left SSG for a new role.
Some of you will know Max as our miniature painter and the person who answered your emails and kickstarter messages.
However he was much more than that. He also ran our fulfilment in the UK and was our liaison with all of the other hubs to sort out any issues they had.
He will be sorely missed by all of the staff at Stone Sword Games and we wish him all the best in his new role!
For now you can continue to send emails to the [email protected] email address and the team will answer your emails from there.
In the New Year we will be changing the way you can contact us as we transition from using Max’s inbox to something more centralised (For now I will be working through the emails).
FULFILMENT NEWS:
EU:
Transfer to UPS is done. Going forward EU backers should be getting UPS tracking numbers for their pledges via email.
There are still approximately 100 English language orders still to go. This is 100% my (Dan) ball drop and I can only apologise sincerely for this.
With Max leaving us I have picked up the fulfilment part of his role in the short term and I completely missed an email that I should have sent to get the last of the English orders transferred to UPS and sent out to you all.
Unfortunately this means these last 100 or so boxes won’t leave Ireland until after the New Year. Words cannot express how mortified I am by this.
As they did not get transferred to the UPS system they will be sent by GLS.
This unfortunately also means that being so close to the festive break that Non-English copies will also go out in the New Year.
Once again I am truly sorry to have caused this delay.
US/CAN/Mexico:
CANADIAN ORDERS ARE ON THE MOVE!
We received a notification from Bridge yesterday evening that they have now started on the Canadian pledges. These are being sent by APC Postal so keep an eye out for a tracking email from them.
Bridge are handling address changes and shipping issues directly and can be reached at [email protected] for these enquiries. Emailing Bridge directly for these queries will illicit a faster response than going through us if you need a quick answer.
Norther American pledges are still being shipped out. Once they are complete we will post an update to let you know.
UK:
Nothing new since the last update. We are hoping to have a firm timescale in the new year for the missing wave 2 and wave 3 orders.
RoW:
In their last update to us, Surfin’ Meeple have advised that they expect to have the last of their orders sent by the end of December. We will be checking in with them after Christmas and are hopeful that we will be able to confirm that RoW orders are complete at that point.
Aus/NZ:
We have received a revised docking date for the Aus/Nz boat. It is now scheduled to arrive in Australia on Dec 28th.
Battle Challenge 2!
The second, rather festive, battle challenge is now available for you to play. This challenge comes with a unique ‘Snowball’ card you can add to your deck. You can either print a copy out and pop it in a sleeve with another card or, if not using sleeves, you can use another card to represent it in your hand.

Christmas and New Year staffing:
