Good Morning, Afternoon and Evening backers.
Small update today with the latest on fulfilment.
EU:
Transfer to UPS is almost done. Going forward EU backers should be getting UPS tracking numbers for their pledges.
English language copies are almost complete and we are still expecting them to be finished (barring any issues) by the end of next week.
Non-English copies should start to go out as soon as this is done. As soon as the EU hub start on the Non-English pledges we will let you know.
US/CAN/Mexico:
Nothing new from Bridge, progress is still ongoing.
Bridge are handling address changes and shipping issues directly and can be reached at [email protected] for these enquiries. Emailing Bridge directly for these queries will illicit a faster response than going through Max if you need a quick answer.
UK:
No change from last week’s update, however as soon as we have more info we will let you know.
RoW:
Nothing new as of this morning however we are awaiting an answer from Surfin Meeple to let us know how close to finishing RoW they are.
Aus/NZ:
We can confirm that the Aus/NZ pledges ARE ON A BOAT! Specifically the November boat that we were promised.
It left Nov 25th and is scheduled to arrive in Australia Dec 16th. (This is next Sat so we are unlikely to have more news next week but we will keep you updated as we get more info.)

We have some more fulfilment information to share with you all and also the first of our monthly Battle Challenges!
Fulfilment:
European Fulfilment:
The EU hub are still making good progress on fulfilment and should be finishing off the English language copies in the next few weeks before making a start on non-English orders.
They have not advised what order these languages are being sent so keep look out for tracking information.
On that note… Tracking information from GLS.
GLS advised the EU hub that a technical issue within their system has caused the majority of orders sent so far to go without tracking info direct to backers. GLS offered a token apology. This is obviously not good enough when trying to find out where your parcel is especially at this time of year when a much larger volume of packages are being sent worldwide.
Going forward we WILL be moving to UPS. There will be a small delay in packages being sent out while labels are reprinted, pick up schedules are arranged with UPS etc, we do not anticipate this to have too much of an impact in getting the rest of the EU orders out.
Since fulfilment is still ongoing, if you have not received your game or tracking info your order is most likely still in the queue to be picked and packed.
Once the EU hub confirm all English Language copies have been sent we will let you know and be asking via update for missing orders.
Please do not email about not having tracking or missing your game before this date as we will struggle to get an answer for you while the fulfilment is ongoing.
Ukrainian Backers: The EU hub have not been able to send copies directly into Ukraine, however we have arranged with Geekach to have the Core Game sent from them internally to you.
North America (USA / Mexico / Canada):
The US hub are moving at a great pace with only a minor delay due to Thanksgiving last week.
Tracking emails are being sent from ShipHero (as always please keep an eye on your spam folder).
Bridge have offered to handle address changes directly and can be reached at [email protected] for these enquiries.
As with EU, if you have not received your game or tracking info your order is most likely still in the queue to be picked and packed, keep an eye out for tracking.
Once Bridge tell us they are complete, we will advise via update and can start looking into missing orders at that point.
UK:
Wave 2: As EU and US fulfilment is ongoing and we will be pulling overage from both areas to help fill our wave 2 orders, we are waiting for final numbers to be able to get that ball rolling.
We are still anticipating this will be before the end of the year and will keep you updated as things progress and/or change.
Wave 3 manufacturing is ongoing, we will update you when we receive it.
Aus / NZ:
The latest information from Surfin Meeple is that the games will be in their final Aus/Nz hub in late December for door-to-door fulfilment. This information comes direct from Surfin Meeple, assuming it is correct means that games should start being shipped out to backers before the end of the year.
RoW Shipping:
Non-English orders are ongoing.
All RoW English Language copies have been sent (except for Israel).
If you are in this region and have not received your English language game please email [email protected] with your details and he will be able to assist.
Israeli Backers:
Surfin Meeple continues to be unable to ship to Israel at the moment, your orders have been placed on hold until the couriers give us the green light to send your parcel out.
Battle Challenge:

We’ve gone right back to the earliest of our Senjutsu design concepts for this month.
As promised there will be two challenges this month, the second is Christmas themed and will be added to the website in a couple of weeks closer to the festive period.

Some more details and extra information on fulfilment for you all.
UK Fulfilment:
We are currently waiting on overage reports from the other fulfilment hubs to be able to gauge how soon we can ship to Wave 2 backers. I anticipate we will have this information in the next 2-3 weeks and be able to action it immediately using air-freight.
Replacement stock is in production for Wave 3 backers and is proceeding as expected.
European Fulfilment:
European Fulfilment is progressing steadily.
We’ve had a few backers flag that they’ve not had tracking, but the parcel has turned up anyway. (Please check spam folders, as tracking info emails will commonly fall in there.)
If the lack of tracking from GLS continues, we do have a contingency plan in place to switch to a different courier (Likely UPS). Max and I will evaluate the situation at the end of next week pending any more backer messages regarding lack of tracking details.
North America (USA / Mexico / Canada):
North American fulfilment is progressing steadily.
So far, parcels are being sent via USPS and Fedex in North America (Not GLS at this time).
If you’ve ordered extra sleeves packs on top of your pledge and received 60 sleeves, instead of 360, this has been picked up on and Bridge will be rectifying the order.
RoW Shipping:
We miscommunicated in the last Update that shipping will have been completed by the 31st October, what Surfin Meeple meant was that English language copies (500+ out of 600 parcels) would have been sent out. The remaining non-English copies are currently being sent out / will be sent out shortly. Remaining Non-English copies also include the below in their number;
Brazilian Backers:
We are still missing some CPF numbers, please send this to Max if you haven't already. We cannot send out your pledge without it.
Israeli Backers:
Surfin Meeple continues to be unable to ship to Israel at the moment, your orders have been placed on hold until the couriers give us the green light to send your parcel out.
Aus / NZ:
We've had an answer from Surfin Meeple Asia. I'm just going to post it into the update:
"Since the beginning of October is a legal holiday in China, the factory had a long holiday, and there was a problem in the accessory factory of one of the games, so the shipment date was delayed.
The container of AU has been booked. After shipment, I will update the Vessel Voyage"
I asked again for the vessel information but was told;
"Only when the container is loaded can we know the ship name and voyage. I will update you with relevant information in time"
I am very sorry for the delay with the above, there is very little we can currently do to handle this besides keeping on at them with requests for information at every stage.
Once in the Australian hub, we believe that VR Distribution will be handling the final leg of the delivery process. We will confirm this in the next update.
Damaged Copies:
Finally, we’ve had some copies arriving with damaged boxes. Please contact [email protected] with evidence of the damage and he can arrange a replacement box to be sent out post fulfilment if the damage warrants it and stock allows it.
If internal components are damaged or you are missing any, these will be replaced as soon as possible. Email [email protected] with evidence of the damage and we will sort it out.

Post Kickstarter Update 41: Weekly Fulfilment Update

Some more details and extra information on fulfilment for you all.
UK Fulfilment:
All Wave 1 UK orders have all been sent out.
If you are missing any add-ons (this could be Duel Packs or non-gameplay items such as sleeve packs) or If you have received an item in the wrong Inkdrop / non-Inkdrop variant, the correct Add-on pack will be sent out to you when we receive the overage wave of stock. This second sending is totally free of charge, so there are no extra charges to backers for the postage or extra items.
Wave 2 Pledges and the substitutions above will be collated once worldwide shipment has finished up. We are estimating by the start of December, these copies and substitutions will have begun to reach your doors.
Wave 3 All-In Deluxe copies are currently in production. The free games for All-In Deluxe backers associated with this wave have been sent out. Once we have the update from the manufacturer, we will pass on a timetable.
European Fulfilment:
The EU hub have made an awesome effort this week and sent out over 200 copies, with over 300 parcels ready for dispatch next week.
Look for a tracking email from GLS over the next few weeks. You may receive a Fedex email if you are in a territory outside of the EU- such as Türkiye / Turkey.

The US hub are currently fulfilling Senjutsu. Look for a tracking email from GLS or DPD over the next few weeks.

RoW Shipping:
Rest Of The World shipping has now all been dispatched except for some exceptions (see below). You should have received a tracking number via email.
Please get in touch with Max at [email protected] if you have not received tracking (check Spam folders as well!).

We've now directly emailed Surfin Meeple on the 15th September, 8th October, 25th October and 1st of November regarding the status of the AU boat without a clear response or any response at all.
James will be escalating to company owners next week if a response has not been received by Monday 6th. We can only apologise for the delay on this- we are really frustrated by the lack of a response but will continue to chase.
Monthly Challenge:
We’re holding back the first Monthly Challenge due to the shipping delays. This won’t impact the number of challenges overall as we will post the first Monthly Challenge (November's) in December instead, in addition to the December Challenge.

Post Kickstarter Update 40: Weekly Fulfilment Update

Some more details and extra information on fulfilment for you all.
UK Fulfilment:
UK fulfilment is ongoing at a steady pace and will continue this week. Currently we have sent ~1100 pledges out of 1674 pledges, including the shortfall backer’s free games.
Shortfall Copies:
UK Shortfall copies ordered at Essen have entered production.
If your pledge is being fulfilled using these shortfall copies, you will have been sent a free copy Full Moon Jacket and Senso. These complementary games were posted between Thursday last week and Monday this week via DPD. These pledges are in Wave 3. Only backers with a deluxe all-in with inkdrop with no additional items are in this group.
If you haven’t received these games or your Senjutsu pledge, your pledge will be solved via pulling overage (spare) copies from outside the UK (These pledges are in Wave 2).
Any pledge pulled from overage (Wave 2) will be sent out before the backers receiving the complementary games receive their Senjutsu pledge (Wave 3). This should be sometime in November / December depending on the speed of the North America / European Fulfilment process and how fast they can get their excess copies to us.
European Fulfilment:
European Orders are currently being packed and made ready to send out Monday / Tuesday next week (30th/31stOct). The bulk of the remaining orders will then be completed in the following week. Look for notifications from GLS or UPS.
The European fulfilment hub is handling fulfilment only. Please direct any questions about orders or address changes to [email protected] and he will be able to assist.
The 54mm prints to the EU have arrived. The T-Shirts are still in the process of being delivered but should be arriving soon.
North America / Canada:
At the time of writing Bridge have advised us they have officially started boxing and packing Senjutsu!!
US/Canada shipping notifications will be going out imminently!!
Lucky Duck Core Copies:
Lucky Duck Games is distributing Senjutsu in the English language and shipped their copies of Senjutsu alongside ours to Bridge Distribution.
I have been told by Lucky Duck Games that retailers were instructed to hold their stock from sale until the third week of October. This was agreed between SSG and Lucky Duck to give Bridge time to fulfil backer orders.
Bridge are running several weeks behind their estimate on shipping Senjutsu and some retailers have proceeded with selling Senjutsu early which has led to an overlap. Unfortunately SSG as a studio don’t have any power in preventing this situation: they’re not our retailers, we don’t own the fulfilment hub or the license to distribute Senjutsu in English in North America but I must apologise for this situation. It is understandably a bitter thing to experience as a backer when your copy is sitting at the fulfilment hub.
Post Senjutsu fulfilment we will be evaluating a lot of crowdfunding processes, removing the ability for the above situation to happen and delaying retailer copies leaving the factory will almost certainly become part of our process.
RoW Shipping:
Rest of the world shipping started on the 21stOctober as planned. We have been informed these pledges will be 100% shipped out by the 31st October.
Aus / NZ:
We are still awaiting an update from Surfin Meeple about the status of the Aus / NZ orders however they have not chnage the October date for stock to arrive in Aus. As soon as we have the update, it will be posted in the comments of this update.
